So, how exactly does it work?
We're known as a WISP, or wireless internet service provider. The difference between us and traditional ISPs is that we transmit our internet to you wirelessly rather than a cable running on the poles. We don't use satellites, our antennas are below the clouds and are not affected by weather! Expected latency/ping is around 10ms on our wireless plans, compared to cable at ~30ms and satellite at ~200ms.
