  • How soon can you install at my home?

    Depending on your location, we can install at your home within the week!

  • What if I'm not in your service zone?

    Even if you're not currently in our service zone, we still encourage you to sign up. All entries are taken into consideration when we decide to expand our network. If you would like to have your neighborhood at the top of our list, encourage your neighbors to sign up!

  • What is installation like?

    Installation can vary significatly depending on your location. In an ideal scenario, we simply put our antenna by a window, but sometimes we may need to have our antenna mounted on a roof for a clearer signal. Contact us for a free site survey to see what works best for your home or business. 

  • What speeds are right for me?

    Everyone has different needs for internet, whether it's just checking their email or having multiple devices streaming at the same time. 20Mbps is best for browsing the internet and streaming on only to a few devices. 50 and 100Mbps are best for multi-person households, whether thats downloading large files or streaming 4K content to multiple devices at once!

  • Does weather affect my connection?

    No, since Lakeside Networks operates underneath any cloud coverage, we are unaffected by weather compared to sateillte based internet. Rain and snow do not affect our antennas either, which run in the 900Mhz, 2.4Ghz, and 5Ghz spectrums.

  • Are there any fees on top of my monthly price?

    No. All plans come at a set price and that is what you will be charged on a monthly basis.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit card providers, cash, checks, and direct bank account transfers. Our credit card transactions are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal.

  • Am I bound to a contract?

    Nope! Lakeside Networks doesn't believe in locking you onto a contract, so you can sign up with a peace of mind.

  • Manage an apartment complex or are you a member of a Home Owners' Association?

    We offer solutions to service apartment buildings for individual tenants, or apartment-wide shared Wi-Fi up to 1Gb. If you are a member of a home owners' association and are out of our service area, we may be able to put up a tower to service your area with enough interest.   • I am an active subscriber and I have questions/need help with my service, where can I reach you?

    You can submit a ticket via your customer portal login, or for general questions you can also e-mail support@tonka.network.

  • I'm out of your coverage area but I still really want service, can you put a tower up on my property?

    Yes! If you live in a rural area and would like service we can definitely look into putting up a tower on your property. If the tower is tall enough we may be interested in using the space to expand our network and in exchange give you discounted or free internet! Contact jack@tonka.network for more information.

  • Lakeside Networks on Net Neutrality?

    Avid supporters, huge fans. We believe all of your traffic is to be treated equally and we will never throttle your traffic in favor of another connection.
